letters on top middle

in raised
white
number in middle
Westport in raised white
letters
below the 0
and 1964 underneath that in raised white numbers
Hole drilled in each corner
Plate is bent and warped
Has dents dings marks and scratches
Edges have wear
Indented circles from when Plate was made
Under some of the letters and numbers

Rear of plate is grey and has the same details as the front of the plate
